Resume Infinity provides a variety of notary services during operation hours and is able to do the following notary services for documets such as:

• Acknowledgements
• Real Estate Documents
• Mortgages
• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney
• Adoptions
• Legal Documents
• Medical Documents
• Jail/Prisons
• Authorization to Travel (for minors)
• Delivery/Pick-Up Documents
• Hospitals

In order for a notary to do such services, proper identification must be presented before these acts can be accomplished. All IDs MUST be current or have been issued within the last 5 years. The following IDs are accepted:

• An identification card or driver's license issued by the state of California
• A photo ID card issued by another state, which includes a physical description, signature of the person, and an identifying number
• A United States passport
• A driver's license issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue drivers' licenses
• A passport issued by a foreign government, provided that it has been stamped by the U.S. Immigration Service or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
• A military ID
